  • Heritage management appraisal

We were appointed to assess the bids from seven British cities for the establishment of The Royal Yacht as a visitor attraction, won by the City of Edinburgh. Our role, as a member of the consulting team led by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, was primarily concerned with the evaluation of the heritage management aspects of the bids.
