Working with architect John Dangerfield, Simon Pearce played a key role in the establishment of the new National Science Museum of Thailand. He led an academic and technical team initially responsible for establishing the detailed terms of reference and development strategy for the new museum. This team was subsequently responsible for the master planning, design and management of the 8,000 m2 permanent exhibition, which demonstrates, through large scale interactive exhibits, the application of basic science and engineering in traditional and advanced technology in the region.
